We aim to raise awareness of MBA programs as a path to leadership, and provide tools and resources for Puerto Rican professionals to be successful business school applicants.

VISION

Our vision is to increase Puerto Rican professionals in leadership positions. At embiei, we believe that an MBA can provide the necessary training and network, which result in increased opportunities and growth.

For Boricuas, by Boricuas. The founders, Paola Blanco and Giovanni Cruz, are both MBA graduates, University of Puerto Rico alumni, and share the passion for lifting and supporting the Puerto Rican student and professional community. We are excited to connect with more Puerto Rican MBAs!
